UNDELIVERED ITEMS:

Redelivery requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. No exceptions.

If an item you purchased is not delivered please do the following:

  1. Do inventory search – name of item.
  2. Clear cache, relog, check inventory again.
  3. If item is not there, please send Belle Roussel a notecard (no IM) with transaction history of your purchased item.

Belle will respond as quickly as possible, but will not respond to IMs for any issues.

 

CUSTOM WORK:

While we appreciate the request, we do not do any custom work of any kind at this time.

 

OTHER ISSUES:

All issues are to be handled via NOTECARD ONLY to Belle Roussel in Second Life.
